<p>Our very own &#8220;Leadgate Bowling Club&#8221; player&#8217;s David Warnaby, Garry Robson &amp; Ian Peacock took on Seaham Town’s Bryan Henderson (Jnr), Jimmy McAdoo &amp; Brian Henderson. With neither squad having previously lifted the triples title a new name was added to the list, the early exchanges saw Seaham sneak ahead only to drop a three on the next end – this happened on three occasions. As the game wore on Leadgate managed to open up a lead and going into the final end led 18-12, the chances of a six were ended when the jack was ditched and it finished 18-13.</p>
